All of our appointments are available online/Telehealth. They are conducted through a secure system which guarantees privacy. You can see us regardless where in Australia you live, we have clients in four states and territories.

Likewise if you are overseas, we can see you, (except the US and Canada due to insurance).

Caroline is available for in-person consultations in Brisbane, while both Caroline and Vanessa are here to assist you virtually from QLD, Australia.

Caroline works in one of Brisbane's oldest naturopathic clinics Herbs on the Hill.

We have rooms in the centre of Brisbane, right next to Mater Hospitals. 

The clinic has a warm, inclusive environment and the two other Naturopaths are both lecturers at Torrens university. We also have a fantastic Osteopath in the clinic, whom Caroline warmly recommends for physical adjustments.

There is plenty of parking on site and although our receptionist is not on site, please make a tea or grab a glass of water before your appointment starts. ​

Pre-payment and cancellations

Please note that pre-payments are required for all appointments. This includes your follow-up when booked through Vanessa. 

In addition, please note our 24 hr cancellation period, which means a no-show will now be charged at the full price of the appointment.
